Esther Odugbesan is a passionate development advocate, climate justice campaigner, and founder of the Eukalypton Charity Foundation, a grassroots-driven initiative in Nigeria working at the intersection of environmental sustainability, youth empowerment, and gender equity.
With a background in Accounting and certifications in climate change from institutions including the UNFCCC, World Bank, and BothEnds, she merges her management expertise with a strong commitment to social change.
Over the years, she has led several impactful programs across urban and peri-urban communities in Nigeria, notably addressing issues such as renewable energy access, menstrual hygiene, climate education, and health awareness. Through her foundation she has worked with dozens of secondary schools and local communities, sensitizing thousands of young people especially girls on environmental protection, sustainability, and the SDGs.
Under Esther’s leadership, Eukalypton turns awareness into action in four key areas.

Working with dozens of secondary schools and communities to teach environmental protection and sustainability.
